Ariel Feedback is operated by The Azevedo Marketing Group LLC.
This Privacy Policy explains how The Azevedo Marketing Group LLC, operating Ariel Feedback (“Ariel Feedback,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our customer-feedback platform and consumer-facing messaging program.
1. Information we collect
Information consumers provide
We may collect contact information such as name, mobile number, and email address; feedback content and related responses; customer-support communications; and choices submitted through Ariel Feedback experiences.
Consent and messaging records
We maintain records of consent status, exact consent language, consent-language version, opt-in method, program context, source URL, timestamp, and subsequent STOP, HELP, or preference events. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute SMS consent. SMS enrollment requires a person to affirmatively select an unchecked consent box.
Feedback submissions
We collect the feedback content and optional first name that a person submits directly to Ariel Feedback. Feedback submission is separate from SMS enrollment and does not enroll a person in SMS. The optional SMS section may process a mobile number only when the person affirmatively selects SMS consent; if the checkbox is not selected, the feedback record does not retain the mobile number. The public feedback form does not request email, payment, health, or account information.
Technical information
We may collect device, browser, operating-system, log, approximate network, referral, and interaction information needed for security, troubleshooting, and service operation. We intend to minimize collection and avoid logging complete mobile numbers where they are not necessary.
2. How we use information
- Provide and operate feedback experiences
- Send requested customer-care and feedback communications
- Record and honor consent and messaging preferences
- Respond to support requests and investigate unexpected messages
- Protect the platform, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors
- Comply with applicable legal obligations and enforce appropriate terms
- Improve accessibility, reliability, and user experience
3. SMS and mobile information
Ariel Feedback does not sell SMS opt-in data or consent for marketing or promotional use. This separation applies to mobile numbers, SMS opt-in records, and consent information.
4. How information may be disclosed
We may disclose non-SMS information to vendors and service providers that process it under our direction to operate, secure, host, and support Ariel Feedback; to professional advisers; in connection with a lawful corporate transaction subject to appropriate protections; or when required by law, safety, or security needs. All these categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.
5. Feedback handling
Feedback submitted through the public Ariel Feedback feedback form is received by Ariel Feedback and used to understand and improve our service, communications, and customer experience. A person may submit feedback without providing a phone number or enrolling in SMS.
6. Retention
We intend to retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including operating the service, maintaining auditable consent and preference history, resolving disputes, meeting legal obligations, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods may vary by record type and legal requirement.
7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including server-side validation and access controls for consent and feedback records. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices
You may decline optional SMS consent. If enrolled, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or another privacy choice where applicable. We will verify requests as appropriate and respond according to applicable law.
9. Children’s privacy
Ariel Feedback is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through this program.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the service, law, or our practices. The Last Updated date identifies the current public version.
